Return Period

Return Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
